Mike began his real estate career in 1991 and has helped over 850 families to buy and sell their homes. As a resident of Broomfield since 1976, Mike has extensive knowledge of the north metro corridor, up to and including Longmont. He specializes in the Westlake neighborhood, one of Broomfields most established communities.
Mike has been named a 5280 Magazine 5 Star real estate agent every year the award has been offered since 2010. This award is based on customer satisfaction reviews and is given to less than 7% of Realtors annualy. Mike is one of less than 100 agents (out of over 27,500 in the metro area) to receive this award every year it has been offered. Lisa Fowler, GRI
Lisa has been providing service to buyers and sellers in the Denver-Boulder real estate market since 1994. She began her career with an independent real estate firm, then spent two years with a large, corporate franchise before deciding to return to the more personal and client focused environment of an independent firm with Tri-County Associates.
In addition to her knowledge of the local real estate market, current trends and pricing, she has an extensive background in the mortgage business, offering a solid foundation from which to serve your needs and assist you in buying and selling homes. She is a skilled negotiator and is devoted to helping her clients.
Lisa is an accredited GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), an active member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
