There are many contracts, forms, disclosures, and addenda that are used throughout a real estate transaction. Below are links to some of the more commonly used documents along with which party (buyer or seller) uses this form. All documents are in Adobe portable document format (.pdf), so if you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed you'll need to obtain it first with the link provided. Mac users and those on mobile devices don't need to worry about this step.
Standard Sales Contract (Buyer & Seller): This is the document that buyers and seller use to agree to price and terms for the sale of a home.
Sellers Property Disclosure (Buyer & Seller): This form is filled out by the seller and receipted for by the buyer. It is a checklist of the current condition all systems and inclusions in the house.
Buyer Agency Agreement (Buyer): This is the form a buyer uses to hire a Realtor to act as their agent throughout the process of finding, contracting for, and closing on a real estate transaction
Listing Agreement (Seller): This is the form a seller uses to hire a Realtor to act as their agent and list their home for sale.
Closing Instructions (Buyer & Seller): This is the form the buyer and seller use to appoint the closing entity (almost always a title company), as well as to give instructions to the closing entity on how to conduct the transaction and closing.
